Shatter Doubt, Build Unstoppable You

From broken to unbreakable. This is my story.

A journey from 95 kg to 72 kg

I grew up among the highest mountains on earth — the Hindu Kush, the Karakoram, the Himalayas. Hiking them was my first love. Then I built a career, started a family, and slowly handed my body away.

Six years ago, I was falling apart. 95 kg. 32% body fat. A herniated disc that made every morning feel like punishment. Asthma that turned a simple flight of stairs into a battle for air.

The day it became real, I tried to pick up my five-year-old daughter — and couldn't.

So I tried everything you're probably considering. Crash diets. Brutal fasting until my hair fell out. Thousands of euros on a trainer who recycled last night's Instagram reel. I even considered liposuction. I'd lose a little, stall, and feel worse than when I started. My body wasn't asking for punishment. It was asking for discipline — in eating, sleeping, training, and recovery.

Then I tried to outrun it, and a marathon my body wasn't ready for finished off my disc. Surgery. The shortcut nearly broke me for good. That's when it stopped being a phase and became who I am.

Today I stand at 72 kg, 13% body fat, with 8% more muscle mass and 5% greater bone density than when I started. But the numbers only tell half the story. I became a full-time endurance athlete — racing Hyrox, pushing through trail runs and half-marathons, flying as a licensed paragliding pilot, and testing my limits in the mountains that raised me. Every summit and finish line proves the same thing: the body you build through discipline will carry you anywhere.

I invested thousands of euros and years of trial and error to learn what actually works. Now I want to save you that time, that money, and that pain. A stronger, healthier, more alive version of you is waiting. Let's find it.

Moments from the journey

Built for the long game

I work with people in their thirties and beyond who want to rebuild their strength, fitness, and energy — and to train in a way they can sustain for the rest of their lives.

You don't need to be an athlete. You need to be willing to do the work. Some of the people I coach want to get genuinely strong again. Some are training toward something specific — a first Hyrox, a half-marathon, a mountain they've always wanted to climb. Many simply want to feel capable in their own body and to keep that capability as the years go on.

What I offer is structure: training, nutrition, and recovery programmed around your body, your schedule, and your life — not a generic plan copied off the internet, and not a punishing routine that's impossible to keep up. I've competed across endurance and strength events for years, and I coach the way I train: patiently, with a plan, and with the long game in mind.

Having worked with people from different backgrounds — including the food, family, and cultural realities many of my clients live with — I build plans that fit how you actually live, not some idealised version of it.

Who I'm not for

You want a rapid six-week fix for a single event. I focus on building fitness that lasts.

You're looking for motivation more than method. I'll give you a plan; you have to run it.

You won't commit for a few months or track your own progress. The approach only works if you do.

You want a cheerleader in your inbox. I'm a coach who still competes, not a content account.

A note on scope: I'm a strength and conditioning coach, not a doctor or dietitian. I provide general nutrition guidance to support your training and everyday habits — macros, fuelling, food quality. Anything medical, or a diet to manage a diagnosed condition, I'll always refer to a doctor or registered dietitian and work alongside them where it helps.
