Who am i?
My Journey to Fitness Introduction
I was born in Peshawar, Pakistan, standing 180 cm tall, and like many, I never thought much about my health—until my body started breaking down. Half a decade ago, I hit 95 kg with 32% body fat. Along with the extra weight came serious problems: a herniated disc, asthma, and a constant feeling of exhaustion. I was on a downward spiral, and I knew something had to change.
One day, while reading an article by Dr. Peter Attia, a world-leading researcher on longevity, I had a moment of realization—what would my body look like at 60 and beyond if I continued down this path? That thought hit me hard. I decided then and there to take control of my health.
Like most people, I tried everything—self-induced ketosis, low-calorie diets, intermittent fasting, extreme calorie deficits, and brutal training sessions. I even ran half-marathons every other day. But none of it worked the way I wanted. My body wasn’t asking for punishment; it was asking for discipline. Discipline in eating, drinking, sleeping, and recovery. The beginning was tough, but once I found my rhythm, this lifestyle became something I enjoyed.
Today, I am in the best shape of my life—focused, independent, and healthy. I have brought my weight down to 72 kg with 13% body fat while increasing my muscle mass by 8% over the past four years. My bone density has also improved by 5%, making me stronger and more resilient than ever. This journey wasn’t just about losing weight; it was about rebuilding my body, optimizing performance, and securing long-term health.
With this transformation, I pushed my limits beyond weight loss and into performance-based sports. I became a licensed paragliding pilot, exploring the skies through hike-and-fly adventures. I embraced mountaineering, testing my endurance against nature’s toughest terrains. As a hybrid field athlete, I now compete in Hyrox and push my boundaries in trail running and half-marathons, continuously challenging myself in events across Europe.
It didn’t come cheap; I invested thousands of euros in learning, training, and experimenting. But in the end, I discovered that the real challenge isn’t money—it’s dedication and discipline.
Now, I want to help others achieve the same transformation without wasting years or money on things that don’t work. A healthier, stronger, and happier life is within your reach. Join me, and let’s build it together!
